As part of a wider website redesign, a key focus was placed on optimising conversion through the strategic placement and styling of calls to action. New content frameworks were developed around two core prospect questions – who is it for and what do you need – enabling visitors to quickly identify solutions relevant to their business size or specific challenge. The project was completed with the introduction of a search capability, allowing prospects to surface relevant resources and product features with greater ease.
